About Me

I am a Certified Professional Life Coach who inspires and facilitates a process that enables people to live out their lives doing what really matters to them. Having been in the field for many years as a Psychotherapist,my experiences and successes have convinced me that Coaching is the most effective and productive way to achieve the changes in their lives. I specialize in personal growth, relationship and career coaching, as well as adults and families with ADHD.
Maintaining an office in Houston,Texas, I serve as a private practioner working with a broad spectrum of clients.In I have also presented nationally to audiences speaking on a variety of topics.
As a collaborative, solution-focused Life Coach, I provide support and practical feedback to help clients effectively address personal life challenges. Using a strengths based model, I also integrate specific coaching techniques to offer a highly-personalized program tailored to each individual. With compassion and understanding, I work with them to help build on their strengths and attain the personal growth they are committed to achieve.
